The event is expected to end by Sunday afternoon. However, the task force estimates that buses will only be able to finish ferrying all the delegates out of the venue by early Monday, July 28.

Bulacan Police chief Ferdinand Divina said the entire Bulacan PNP will be on alert starting Friday, July 25, to ensure the security of the event.
Centennial preparations
Around 1,350 members of the Metro Public Safety Legion from 17 local government units (LGUs) in Metro Manila, Central Luzon and CALABARZON will also help augment security.

Buses from Northern and Central Luzon as well as from the National Capital Region will be parked along the southbound lane of the McArthur Highway covering Calumpit, Bulacan to Valenzuela.
Visayas buses will be parked along the southbound lane of the Sta. Maria bypass road from Sta. Maria, Bulacan up to Norzagaray.
The southbound lane of the Balagtas Bypass Road from Balagtas, Bulacan to Bustos will be the parking area for buses from Regions 4-A and 4-B while the shoulder of the Doña Remedios Trinidad Highway from McArthur Tabang until the town of San Rafael Bulacan will be utilized by the buses from Region 5.

Special zipper lanes will also be opened if there would be problems on traffic congestion.
